1. About these Promotion Terms
1.1 These are the terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) that apply to the promotional offers and discounts (“Promotions”) we may offer from time to time on our website at https://shop.tena.co.uk/ (“Website”).
1.2 These Promotion Terms apply to you when you place an order on our Website using one of the Promotions referred to in these Promotion Terms. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms.
1.3 Please read these Promotion Terms carefully before placing an order and keep a copy for future reference. If you don’t understand anything in these Promotion Terms, you can contact us for help by using the contact information set out in section 2 below.
1.4 We may change these Promotion Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes affecting our Website, our products and services, the Promotions that we are running from time to time, our technology, our licensing arrangements, our payment policies, best practices, relevant laws and/or regulatory requirements. When we do so, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Before participating in a Promotion, you should check these Promotion Terms to make sure you are aware of any changes.
1.5 The following other terms and policies may also apply to you when you participate in a Promotion on our Website and we urge you to read these carefully to ensure you understand them:
(a) our Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to you when you make a purchase from our Website;
(b) our Website Terms of Service apply to you when you access and use our Website;
(c) our Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions apply to you if you take advantage of our Money Back Guarantee on certain eligible products;
(d) separate terms and conditions apply to any seasonal sale that we may run from time to time;

3. General promotion terms
3.1 To participate in a Promotion, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria: (i) you are a consumer (not a business); (ii) you are 18 years of age or older; (iii) you are a resident of the United Kingdom and we deliver to your delivery address (please see section 8 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale); and (iv) you are able to make payment via one of our accepted payment methods (please see section 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale). We reserve the right at any time to require proof of your eligibility.
3.2 You can only participate in a Promotion when making a purchase directly from us on our Website. Our Promotions are not valid on any third-party website or in any physical store.
3.3 Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, coupon or offer we may be running at the same time unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms that apply to the relevant Promotion.
3.4 All products are strictly subject to availability. In particular some products included in a Promotion may be in high demand and may sell out before the end of the Promotion. Once stocks of these products have been exhausted, they may not be replenished.
3.5 All promotional discounts and savings apply only to the purchase price of qualifying products. Promotional discounts and savings do not apply to delivery charges or any other costs associated with your purchase.
3.6 If you return a product purchased during a Promotion, any refund due to you will be refunded at the discounted price actually paid by you.
3.7 We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or suspend a Promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
4. Newsletter welcome discount
4.1 We offer a one-time 10% welcome discount to those who sign up to our email newsletter on our Website.
4.2 To receive the welcome discount, visit our Website and sign up to the TENA email newsletter using a valid email address. Once you have signed up, we will send you a confirmation email. You must then click the link in the email to confirm you have opted in to receive our email newsletter. Once you have completed this process, you will receive an automated email which includes the 10% welcome discount code.
4.3 You will only be eligible for the welcome discount the first time that you sign up to the email newsletter. If you later opt out of receiving the email newsletter and then sign up again, you will not receive another welcome discount. We reserve the right to reject any use of a welcome discount code if we have reason to believe that you have already used this Promotion in a previous order.
4.4 To use your welcome discount, simply enter the discount code during the checkout process when placing your order. The discount will then be applied automatically to the final basket value.
4.5 You must ensure that you use the discount code correctly when placing your order. The discount code cannot be applied to an order after the order has been submitted.
4.6 You can use your welcome discount when purchasing selected products during a sale. If you do so, the welcome discount will be applied to the final basket value after all other discounts have been applied. For example, if you purchase products that are already subject to a 20% sale discount, the welcome discount will be applied to the discounted price of the products (i.e. after the 20% discount) and not to the original price of the products.
4.7 The welcome discount can be used on multibuy purchases. Welcome discount cannot be used on Bundle & Save and Bundle purchases, subject to the terms applicable to those Promotions (see the relevant sections below).
4.8 The welcome discount cannot be combined with the abandoned basket discount.
4.9 Only one discount code can be applied per transaction. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the welcome discount cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, coupon or offer we may be running at the same time, including multibuys.
4.10 The discount code can only be used by the original recipient of our Promotion email and can only be used once.
4.11 Discount codes are not transferable to another person, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Abandoned basket discount
5.1 From time to time, we may (in our discretion) offer a one-time discount to those who begin the checkout process on our Website but fail to complete their purchase. We have no obligation to offer you an abandoned basket discount to complete your purchase but, if we choose to do so, this will only happen if we have collected your email address during the checkout process and we have your consent or another lawful basis to send email marketing to you (please see our for more information).
5.2 If we send you an abandoned basket discount code by email, you will be entitled to use the discount code to obtain a discount on the products in your abandoned basket as an incentive to complete your purchase. The discount will be the percentage amount stated in the email we send you.
5.3 You are only eligible to receive an abandoned basket discount once, regardless of whether you are using the same or a different email address. We reserve the right to reject any use of an abandoned basket discount code if we have reason to believe that you have already used this Promotion in a previous order.
5.4 To use your discount, simply visit our Website, access your saved basket and enter the discount code during the checkout process when placing your order. The discount will then be applied automatically to the final basket value.
5.5 Please be aware that we use cookies to remember what was in your basket and therefore if you clear or delete the cookies on your device, your saved basket will be lost and you will not be able to use your discount code
5.6 You must ensure that you use the discount code correctly when placing your order. The discount code cannot be applied to an order after the order has been submitted.
5.7 You can use your abandoned basket discount when purchasing products during a sale. If you do so, the abandoned basket discount will be applied to the final basket value after all other discounts have been applied.For example, if you purchase products that are already subject to a 20% sale discount, the abandoned basket discount will be applied to the discounted price of the products (i.e. after the 20% discount) and not to the original price of the products.
5.8 Products available in the outlet on our Website are excluded from this Promotion and will not benefit from the discount.
5.9 The abandoned basket discount can be used on top of sitewide sale discounts.
5.10 The abandoned basket discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, including the welcome discount.
5.11 Only one discount code can be applied per transaction. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the abandoned basket discount cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, coupon or offer we may be running at the same time, including multibuys.
5.12 The discount code can only be used by the original recipient of our Promotion email and can only be used once.
5.13 Discount codes are not transferable to another person, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit.
6 . Affiliate discounts (new and returning customers)
6.1 From time to time, we may partner with influencers who may offer an affiliate discount code for our Website through their social media channels.
6.2 If you receive a valid affiliate discount code for our Website from a third-party website or an influencer you are following on social media, you will be entitled to use that discount code against the purchase of qualifying products on our Website, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this section.
6.3 The amount of the affiliate discount will vary from time to time, depending on the influencer and the campaign. It may be a fixed percentage discount on a specific qualifying product, or a fixed percentage discount across a range of qualifying products. In some cases a minimum order value may apply (e.g. 10% off orders of £35 or more). If a minimum order value applies, the discount will only apply where the final basket value for qualifying products (excluding delivery charges) reaches or exceeds the minimum order value.
6.4 To use your affiliate discount, simply enter the discount code during the checkout process when placing your order. The discount will then be applied automatically to the final basket value.

6.6 You can use your affiliate discount when purchasing products during a sale. 6.8 The discount code can only be used by the original recipient from the relevant influencer and can only be used once.
6.9 Discount codes are not transferable to another person, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit.
7. Multibuy promotions
7.1 We offer the following multibuy discounts on our Website:
(a) Purchase two full-priced or sale-priced qualifying products to receive 10% off; and
(b) Purchase three full-priced or sale-priced qualifying products to receive 20% off.
7.2 The discount will only apply to the qualifying multibuy products in your basket. If you are purchasing other products at the same time as the qualifying multibuy products, the other products in your basket will not benefit from the multibuy discount (although they may be eligible for other Promotions).
7.3 Multipacks are excluded from this Promotion and will not benefit from the multibuy discount.
7.4 To receive the multibuy discount, simply place qualifying multibuy products in your basket and the multibuy discount will be applied automatically to the final basket value during the checkout process.
7.5 You can use a welcome discount or an abandoned basket discount (but not both together) when making a multibuy purchase. If you do so, the welcome discount or abandoned basket discount will be applied to the final basket value after the multibuy discount has been applied. For example, if you purchase three full-priced or sale-priced qualifying products to receive 20% off, the 20% discount will be applied first, then the welcome discount or abandoned basket discount will be applied to the discounted price of the products (i.e. after the 20% discount) and not to the original price of the products.
7.6 The multibuy discount does not apply to sale-priced products.
7.7 Except in the case of the welcome discount and the abandoned basket discount (see sections 4 and 5), the multibuy discount cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, coupon or offer we may be running at the same time.
7.8 Only one multibuy discount can be applied per transaction.
8. Bundle & Save promotions
8.1 We offer a Bundle & Save offer on qualifying products on our Website.
8.2 If a product qualifies for Bundle & Save, this will be indicated in the product listing by the inclusion of a “Bundle & Save” button next to the “Add to cart” button. When you select the “Bundle & Save” button, we will automatically propose one or more groups of three or four of the same qualifying products that, if purchased together, offer a combined saving against the individual selling prices of the qualifying products.
8.3 You can use a welcome discount or an abandoned basket discount (but not both together) when making a Bundle & Save purchase. If you do so, the welcome discount or abandoned basket discount will be applied to the final basket value after the Bundle & Save has been applied and not to the original individual price of the products.
8.4 Except in the case of the welcome discount and the abandoned basket discount (see sections 4 and 5), Bundle & Save cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, coupon or offer we may be running at the same time, including multibuys.
8.5 Products qualifying for Bundle & Save are subject to change without notice. From time to time, we may add new qualifying products and remove other qualifying products from Bundle & Save, although this won’t affect any orders you have already placed using this Promotion.
9. Bundles
9.1 Some products are available for purchase as part of a pre-selected Bundle on our Website, offering a combined saving of 20% against the individual selling prices of the qualifying products.
9.2 To purchase a Bundle, simply visit the “Bundles” page on our Website and select the size of the products that you require. When you add the Bundle to your basket, the saving will be automatically calculated.
9.3 You can use a welcome discount or an abandoned basket discount (but not both together) when purchasing a Bundle. If you do so, the welcome discount or abandoned basket discount will be applied to the final basket value after the Bundle saving has been applied and not to the original individual price of the products.
9.4 Except in the case of the welcome discount and the abandoned basket discount (see sections 4 and 5), Bundles cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, coupon or offer we may be running at the same time, including multibuys.
9.5 Products included in a Bundle are subject to change without notice. From time to time, we may add new qualifying products and remove other qualifying products from Bundles, although this won’t affect any orders you have already placed using this Promotion.

11. TENA Men Washable Absorbent Boxers Bundle Prize Draw
11.1 These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to the TENA Men Washable Absorbent Boxers Bundle Prize Draw (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Terms and confirms they have read and understood our Privacy Notice at Privacy policy – TENA. Please also see how we limit our liability in the “Liability” section below.
11.2 Promoter: Essity UK Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 03226403) with its registered office address at Southfields Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 3EJ (“Essity”).
11.3 Entry period: The Promotion opens for entry at 10:00 09/06/2025 and closes at 10:00 on 08/08/25 (“Entry Period”).
11.4 Eligibility: Entry is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entry is not open to: (i) any employee or contractor of Essity, any Essity group company or affiliate, any promotion administrator or any prize provider; (ii) anyone else who is professionally involved or associated with the Promotion; or (iii) the immediate families and households of any of those individuals. Essity reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Essity considers necessary.
11.5 How to enter: To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must do the following during the Entry Period: (i) go to the Promotion post on the relevant social media platform; (ii) click on the link to the entry form; and (iii) complete the entry form with the entrant’s first name, last name, and email address. Entrants who do not already have an account on the relevant social media platform must register a free account to enter the Promotion.
11.6 To be added to the prize draw, participants must agree to receive marketing emails from Essity. Participants can unsubscribe at any time using the 'unsubscribe' link provided in the marketing emails. To complete the sign-up process, participants will need to confirm their subscription through a double opt-in email, ensuring they genuinely want to receive our updates. If the entrant does not confirm their subscription via the double opt-in email, they will not be entered into the prize draw.
11.7 Entry conditions: A limit of one (1) entry per person applies to this Promotion. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that any person has entered multiple times using multiple identities, email addresses or accounts, or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 11.9 Prize conditions: The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Essity’s control, the Prize (or any element of it) may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Essity’s discretion.
11.10 Winner selection: All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw to select the winner on 08/08/25. The winner will be the entrant drawn at random from all eligible entries using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
11.11 Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the completion of the winner selection process, using the email address provided by the winner at the time of entry. Essity will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to look out for the win notification.
11.12 Prize claims: The winner must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of Essity’s win notification by providing all information requested by Essity. This information will include the winner’s county of residence for compliance with advertising regulations. The winner will also be required to select their preferred size, absorbency and colour (where applicable) for items of underwear as well as a postal address for delivery. If the winner’s choice of size or colour is out of stock at the time, Essity will source the requested items as quickly as possible or offer a suitable alternative.
11.13 Prize delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the winner at the postal address provided by the winner during the claim process. The Prize will be delivered within thirty (30) days of a valid claim, unless a later delivery date is agreed with the winner during the claim process.
11.14 Forfeiture and substitution: Essity reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner if the winner fails to claim the Prize or fails to provide any requested information or documentation by the claim deadline, or if Essity has reason to believe that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or has otherwise breached these Terms. Any alternative winner will be selected using the original selection process and must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of the win notification.
11.15 Tax: The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes (if any) arising from the acceptance of the Prize.
11.16 Liability: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud; or (iii) breach of consumer rights including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to this, Essity and its group companies and affiliates (“Essity Parties”) will not be legally responsible or liable to any entrant for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable to the Essity Parties or to the entrant at the time of entry to this Promotion or that was caused by a third party or an event or circumstance beyond Essity’s reasonable control. (Loss or damage is “foreseeable” if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time of entry, both parties knew it might happen.)
11.17 Liability of social media platforms: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. Entry to prize promotions via social media platforms is always subject to the rules, terms and policies of those social media platforms. By participating in this Promotion, entrants are providing information to Essity, not to the relevant social media platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant social media platforms shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities, and each entrant releases the owners and operators of the relevant social media platforms from any and all liability in relation to their participation in the Promotion.
11.18 Cancellation and variation: Essity reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Terms if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Essity’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to a winner drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
11.19 Disqualification: Without limiting Essity’s options, Essity reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Essity regards as being in breach of these Terms, any applicable laws, any terms referred to in these Terms and/or the spirit of the Promotion.
11.20 Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Essity reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.
11.21 Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Essity shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their name and/or social media handle on Essity’s websites and social media. Entrants may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.
11.22 Disclosure of winner details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Essity using the webform accessible at Submit a request – Tena UK . In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Essity may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where Essity is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the Prize. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been awarded.
11.23 Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Essity’s Privacy Notice, which is available at Privacy policy – TENA
11.24 Accessing these Terms: Any website on which these Terms are posted is only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom and where permitted by law. Essity makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
11.25 Severance and waiver: If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms will not be affected. Essity’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11.27 Disputes: Subject to the “Law and Jurisdiction” section below, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Terms, Essity’s decisions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any document referred to in these Terms, these Terms take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
11.28 Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring and defend claims in their home courts.

11.11 Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the completion of the winner selection process, using the email address provided by the winner at the time of entry. Essity will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to look out for the win notification.
11.12 Prize claims: The winner must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of Essity’s win notification by providing all information requested by Essity. This information will include the winner’s county of residence for compliance with advertising regulations. The winner will also be required to select their preferred size, absorbency and colour (where applicable) for items of underwear as well as a postal address for delivery. If the winner’s choice of size or colour is out of stock at the time, Essity will source the requested items as quickly as possible or offer a suitable alternative.
11.13 Prize delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the winner at the postal address provided by the winner during the claim process. The Prize will be delivered within thirty (30) days of a valid claim, unless a later delivery date is agreed with the winner during the claim process.
11.14 Forfeiture and substitution: Essity reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner if the winner fails to claim the Prize or fails to provide any requested information or documentation by the claim deadline, or if Essity has reason to believe that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or has otherwise breached these Terms. Any alternative winner will be selected using the original selection process and must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of the win notification.
11.15 Tax: The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes (if any) arising from the acceptance of the Prize.
11.16 Liability: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud; or (iii) breach of consumer rights including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to this, Essity and its group companies and affiliates (“Essity Parties”) will not be legally responsible or liable to any entrant for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable to the Essity Parties or to the entrant at the time of entry to this Promotion or that was caused by a third party or an event or circumstance beyond Essity’s reasonable control. (Loss or damage is “foreseeable” if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time of entry, both parties knew it might happen.)
11.17 Liability of social media platforms: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. Entry to prize promotions via social media platforms is always subject to the rules, terms and policies of those social media platforms. By participating in this Promotion, entrants are providing information to Essity, not to the relevant social media platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant social media platforms shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities, and each entrant releases the owners and operators of the relevant social media platforms from any and all liability in relation to their participation in the Promotion.
11.18 Cancellation and variation: Essity reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Terms if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Essity’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to a winner drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
11.19 Disqualification: Without limiting Essity’s options, Essity reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Essity regards as being in breach of these Terms, any applicable laws, any terms referred to in these Terms and/or the spirit of the Promotion.
11.20 Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Essity reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.
11.21 Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Essity shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their name and/or social media handle on Essity’s websites and social media. Entrants may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.
11.22 Disclosure of winner details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Essity using the webform accessible at Submit a request – Tena UK . In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Essity may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where Essity is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the Prize. 11.24 Accessing these Terms: Any website on which these Terms are posted is only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom and where permitted by law. Essity makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
11.25 Severance and waiver: If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms will not be affected. Essity’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11.27 Disputes: Subject to the “Law and Jurisdiction” section below, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Terms, Essity’s decisions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any document referred to in these Terms, these Terms take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
11.28 Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring and defend claims in their home courts.

12. TENA Summer Sale Promotion
These terms and conditions (“Sale Terms”) apply to our Winter Clearance (“Sale”). By purchasing products in the Sale, you agree to these Sale Terms.
12.1 The Sale starts at 14:00 16.06.2025 and ends at 10:00 31.07.2025. (“Sale Period”).
12.2 The Sale only applies to purchases you make directly from us through our website, which is accessible at https://shop.tena.co.uk/ (“Website”). It does not apply to purchases made from third-party retailers, whether online or in-store.
12.3 A discount of up to 40% applies to selected products on our Website during the Sale Period (excluding outlet and multipack products). All qualifying products will attract a discount of between 30% and 40%. If a product is included in the Sale, the discount applicable to that product will be shown in the relevant product listing. An extra 10% off will be applied when you purchase 3 or more items from the Summer Sale assortment. Discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
12.4 To purchase a product in the Sale, simply place the product in your basket and complete the purchase during the Sale Period. The discount will be applied automatically to all qualifying products during the checkout process.
12.5 The Sale discount only applies to the VAT-inclusive purchase price of qualifying products. It does not apply to delivery charges or any other costs associated with your purchase
12.6 If we have sent you a discount code that is valid for redemption in the Sale, you must enter the discount code during the checkout process. The discount code cannot be applied after your order has been submitted. The discount code can only be used by the original recipient of our email and can only be used once during the Sale Period. Discount codes are not transferable to another person, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit.
12.7 If you have a welcome email 10% discount, you can use this when purchasing products in the Sale. However, unless otherwise expressly stated, Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, coupon or offer we may be running at the same time, including multibuys and bundle-and-save offers.
12.8 All products are strictly subject to availability. In particular, some products available in the Sale may be in high demand and may sell out before the end of the Sale Period. Once stocks of these products have been exhausted, they may not be replenished.
12.9 If you return a product purchased in the Sale, any refund due to you will be refunded at the discounted price actually paid by you.
12.10 We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or suspend the Sale at any time and for any reason without notice.
