How do I know what my size in the pants will be?
Our wide range of sizes goes from small to XXL for women, or small to 3XL for men, so we've got you covered, whatever your body type. For the best fit and leakage security, we suggest taking the following steps to find your perfect pair of TENA washable pants.
Step 1: Measure your hips
- Find the widest point of your hip bones (just above your bum). You might need to feel up and down a bit to find this point.
- Use a measuring tape and wrap it all the way around the widest point of your hips, holding it tightly.
- Read the measurement. The measurement of your hips is where the end of the wrapped tape falls.
Step 2: Measure your waist

Find the point between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bone.

Use a tape measure. Place it on your belly button and wrap it all the way around these points (your waist). It should not be wrapped around too tightly — you should still be able to fit one finger underneath the tape.

Check your measurement (where the end of the tape you've wrapped meets a number).
